Our Story

It started with a dream, a smoker, and the belief that great food could bring people together. In 2018, in my own back yard, I built and fired up my first smoker and haven't looked back since.

The House of Smoke was born from late nights perfecting our recipess, early morning preps, and the pure joy on people's faces when they taste what we love to. We're not just smoking meat—we're creating memories, one incredible client at a time.

From Steel City roots to smoky perfection, we bring the spirit of American BBQ to every event. Whether it's a wedding at the Grand View Ship Hotel, a festival at Point Stadium, or a backyard party in Westmont, we roll up with passion, quality, and enough smoked goodness to make any gathering legendary.
